Acting as Principal Designer and CDM advisor to the construction sector:
- Delivery of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- Actively participate in the tender process
- Review of contractor documentation.
- Assisting the client with the compilation of Pre-Construction Information Packs
- Compilation of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan
- Undertaking the F10 reporting process
- Construction site audits
- Design Team Meetings
- Compilation of the Health and Safety file
